Yessss!

I bought my washer and dryer, and didn't know 'till I had a repair guy come out about the twice yearly maintenance I should be doing. I can fix *problems* on my house, but the maintenance stuff... I've no idea. I don't even manage to wash the outside of my windows, for cripe's sake.
