Write out 'to do' so many times you start reading it as 'toe-doe.'

Or, as they say around these parts "Tah Dah", replicating the trumpet blast that says "Here it IS!"

It's good to see your project moving off the drawing board into Real.Work at last...

difference between 120v and 240v for heated floors

Round here it's 240V or maybe 415V (3phase)...
In our last house (a newish subdivision) there were three phases running underground down the street with the houses fed off alternate phases. So when there was a fault in the yellow phase cable, every third house was without power which caused quite a few puzzled looks until we found out what had happened (the folks without power had neighbours on both sides with power - WTF??). I haven't studied the wiring in our current street - it's all overhead and mixed with cable TV lines...

This to-do list is so big I thought it was Seanan McGuire's at first :)

It's good to have some easy stuff on there. I actually read somewhere a recommendation to do some of that retroactively: Go back at the end of the day and add some things that weren't on your list but you got done anyhow, just so you can cross them off.

You can cross off at least two more now, too :)
