Fled the Country, but not enough
February 19th, 2005 10:09 pmAfter a mostly caffeine-less month, a single shot latte will do amazing things to the body...even more so when coupled with unhealthy amounts of post-valentine cheap chocolate. That's why on Friday by the time my parents arrived to scoot me up to Cananananada, I had cleaned the mouses house, cleaned my house (kitchen & bathroom, floors, appliances, light fixtures inclusive), and filed my taxes. Anyway, I suppose I earned my day in Vancouver.
( In Canada! To the tune of 'Camelot', please )
Oh, right. I'm back in B'ham now, with impending Japanese girls on the horizon, a book - Understanding Comics - which some people here NEED to read, and a rather huge lot of arting to do. I also have two requests for my lovely reader(s):
1. go to the Seattle Times and vote for Martin...I've met him. Friend of my Dad's.
2. If anyone has any idea how I might be able to comfortably put up three Japanese girls, or has extra sleeping bags/blankets, for Little Fishies sakes, call me! I'm not sure whether they intend to stay here or not. I asked, with the caveat that I wasn't sure I could find blankets etc...and the response was 'we need blankets, looking very forward to hung out with you!' So, yeah.
