My Shep got everyone through the SM with no casualties, and of course defeated a reaper in ME1, took down an indoctrinated Spectre, survived a collector assault, all while leading a team of extremely diverse individuals. Shep is doing something right, so I don't get why she's on desk duty. She could be training recruits in secret or something.
Now I wish Shep was in jail, as that would make MORE sense. How awesome would it have been if Shep's "jail break" happened because of the Reapers? Shit starts going down so they bring Shep out for confirmation its them, then BAM reapervasion!
