I found this definition of a missing person case over at the Olympia PD web site: Unaccounted absence – the condition in which an adult has failed to appear for one or more obligations (work, appointments, meals, etc.) and is not present in other locations where they logically would be, given normal routines. Call the police department's non-emergency number and see if they can do anything. If she's registered for school, then undoubtedly the university will have further info on previous addresses and emergency contacts.
