LOL. For the gas line -- which has been the worst, so far -- four trips in ONE day. Then trips to two different hardware stores yesterday, and one final one tonight to return the stuff purchased all those times that we didn't end up using. :P
Luckily, there are two hardware stores less than 15 minutes from my house, and on Sunday I ran some of the trips while dad stayed home and worked.
We really got a kick out of it while doing the floor, because Kiyoko was staying with me and she came a long. We teased her with it -- "When you get back to Japan, and people ask them what you did your last week in the US --"
