Stress levels: skyrocketing

Y'know that renter who was supposed to move in Saturday, bringing with her my longed-for financial security?

She didn't show up.

She didn't show up today, either.

I've sent her a text message and called once, with no response.

She left a hundred dollar deposit and a small amount of reasonably nice stuff.

The university she's supposedly attending starts classes tomorrow.

What the flying fuck?

Flaky people are the worst surprises ever.

Aaand there was no real indication of flakiness. Or rather, she did have to reschedule our original meeting, but she kept me informed the whole time and I knew what was going on -- which for me falls under 'life happens' (it doesn't usually become 'flakiness' until it happens frequently or the person doesn't communicate).

If she doesn't show I suppose I keep the deposit and get rid of the stuff, but not knowing is really weirding me out. I'm twitchy!
