As always, I'm mostly worried that I'm bringing to much junk. In this case, though, it seems like it's almost all stuff to give away.

Heh, might be the first time someone I know has gone on a trip and come back with lighter bags than they left with ;-)

Nope, I didn't make it - I was given so many things by friends, especially friends' mothers, that my bags were even heavier on the way back! It was okay, though - my only cary-on on the way over was the bag of death, and on the way back I had that and my tiny collapsible travel back-pack, only a third full. Everything else fit in my suitcase.

Still better than most. I'm generally pretty good about avoiding accumulation, and I still went over with three bags and came back with four ;-)

Yeah, but at least everything coming back fit in the bags you brought. I couldn't have done that if I'd picked up so much as a postcard over there ;-)
