And friends of family, family of family, friends of family of family, and so on and so forth.

More specifically, I've had a grand good welcome in person from Tim, my aunt's husband's brother, and from Geoff and Peggy, parents of the aforementioned brothers. This strange vagabond, reprobate young musician shows up on their doorstep, and they feed her and let her have the couch! SAINTS!

Hot damn!

Oh, and I'm in Edinburgh.

And I got to Scotland before you!

Glasgow is an amazing city for an aspiring architect. Unfortunatley, it's also an amazingly expensive city - an honor it shares with the entirety of the UK - and YT is now in serious financial straits. Time to become itinerant so angry hordes of glaswegian shopkeepers don't catch up with me.

I got myself into this fix with the overseas debit card - it takes more than a day to go through, from MOST but not ALL places...and by hitting these places in the wrong order you can draw more than is actually there...Mum, that transfer I asked for would be good right about..NOW.
